Hey, everybody.

The reason why I get to have Brian as my co-host today is that we're going to be interviewing

Nick Stumbo, who's normally my co-host.

We're going to be interviewing him today about his new book titled Safe, Creating a Culture

of Grace and a Climate of Shame. That's a great title,

by the way. Nick, are you sad? You won't be co-hosting today? It did remove the pressure of having

to think of another witty greeting, so I appreciate that Brian filled in for that. But yeah,

a little different role today. Yeah. Have you gotten any emails from anybody yet? On a previous podcast,

we asked people to send them in via email. Have you gotten any of those yet? You know, surprisingly,

the listeners have not responded to that quite yet, but I remain hopeful and optimistic.
