And back with Eric Adelson and EA preseason coaches top 25 came out and the coaches

are bullish on the Texas longhorns number two in the poll they think the buck guys are

going to repeat and then there are some believers in James Franklin, chiming in at number three,

and they actually received 14 first place votes.

You believers, are you a believer in any of those, any of those three as the national

champion in 2027? EA, what say you,

what do you think of this coming season as far as college football is concerned?

Well, the number one thing that I look for in my own estimation of who might be a contender is who's got a returning quarterback.

And Texas has a returning quarterback.

Granted, he hasn't played as much as a true returner, but he is a returning quarterback,

and Penn State does too.

So I do agree with those rankings.

Ohio State's loaded.

And so even though they don't have a returner, they have a quarterback, they have, they're stacked.

So I see that.

It's just hard for me considering Franklin's history to believe that he is going to be able to coach his way out of repeated sudden death moments. He just hasn't, he just hasn't done it,

and he's going to have to do it repeatedly so do i think Penn state is going to make the playoff yeah i do um i think that there's going to be at least

three big ten teams making the playoff maybe more um but beyond that my bet on him will probably win.
