I am big on energy and I will tell you that I know a lot of you are probably trying to figure out

Different ways to sort of pivot your business granted things are a little different in times of corona and

And I think I can help you with that. So thank you for having me on summer. Thanks for everybody being on here tonight

I can promise you you're gonna learn something you're gonna learn something so

um before I I start training you on things I would suggest doing on social media

Which I definitely have a lot of those for you tonight. I think it's really important to

Kind of throw it back a couple years

Um, I think sometimes it's really easy for people to get on trainings like this when people have yet to meet each other

And it's like, oh here's the specialist she makes all this month. She's successful and like

That's true. That's true. I've been making seven figures a multiple seven figures a year for years and years now

Almost entirely from home. It's true, but I think it's way way cooler

That all of this stemmed from me needing $300 a month to pay rent

Ironically, right rent, blood real estate

Pay rent to uh to keep a roof over my head nine years ago

And that propelled me into entrepreneurship where I felt like I was able to control things

I'm sure a lot of you as agents know exactly what I'm talking about

Very similar professions. I'm not a real estate agent. By the way

At all I actually looked at it when I was in college, but uh, I didn't really want to read and take the test if we're being totally honest here
