NBA where he played for 10 seasons. And now one of the best

basketball commentators in all the land. You've heard him talk NBA. Of course, you hear him

doing college basketball now. But you also know him from the Michigan Basketball Insider,

where he's with us. He's our guy, Timmy Mack. Tim McCormick, how you doing this morning?

I am fantastic. Today will either be one of the greatest days ever or one of the worst.

There's no in between. The outcome has to be A or B. I will be very happy with A. B. I just

may go into a shelf for a while. So listen, Tim, you have been bullish on this team

all season in a way that I haven't seen Tim McCormick be bullish. This is Tim McCormick

dunking on someone and kind of yelling, right? This is, this is that Tim McCormick, how bullish you've

been on this team. And here they are in the national championship game in emphatic fashion, blowing out Arizona,

essentially without their best player available for the game.

I'm curious, just on the shock level for your surprise level for you, where does that one rank?

Well, I really thought Michigan would win.

I didn't think they'd be up by 29

at any point. The strength of Michigan is their interior defense. The strength of Arizona is their

ability to get the ball to the rim. And Michigan's size was so dominant. I just thought it was a perfect, it was brilliant basketball what

Michigan did. And everybody played their role. Everybody contributed. I never would have
