touch on with the Nard though you guys knew I was going to bring it up you remember the conversation

with Dynard last week when it came to Michigan's running game. Of course,

most of it was focused on Bryce and his injection into it and how his running plays were

mostly the improv runs where clearly they wanted him to be more decisive. And so removing the discomfort that comes with feeling pressure, removing the indecision that

comes with not knowing where to go with the football, what are they doing coverage-wise,

not being able to maybe get through a progression in a timely fashion, just go.

And it worked to great effect in that Central Michigan game.

Well, in the Nebraska game, it was much more the called quarterback runs that were a part of the equation.

Quarterback draw was a big one for Michigan in this contest.

But the overall running game was the story of it.

And another conversation that Lace and I had last week,

another piece of the puzzle that Chip Lindsay has brought to Michigan

was the stretch play.

And I remember Lays saying, man, I don't know about Michigan being an outside zone team.

You know, they're more duo and power and counter, which is make no mistake.
