So I thought, what better way to wrap up this Monday edition of the game week?

The first game week of the season by bringing in our guy Alejandro Zaniga from the Michigan Insider.com.

He has a huge bleep eating grin on his face because it's game week.

No, I'm just nervous because I have to follow Scott Bell. Oh, maybe Michigan Twitter. That's a big, I know, big shoes to fill. Yeah, big shoes to fill. Scott's great. We love Scott. We love you too, Alejandro. Didn't know we're going to talk Tigers baseball, but you were at the game yesterday. I was at the game yesterday.

The morning on the golf course, like the first few holes, because we went out at 7.30. The first, like, few holes or so, definitely long sleeves, vet, the whole deal. And then you, you, you layer at that point. I kind of am upset that the tigers are in

the next three nights because these tonight, tomorrow night and Wednesday, amazing weather on the, on the books. And unfortunately, it's way busy around here, so I don't think golf's in the forecast either, just really nice weather. Maybe I'll just work outside. Can they move Sharon's pressure earlier later later today to outside? We can make it happen. We can make that happen. It's really nice out. Game week always, of course, starts with Sharon Press Conference and media avails a little bit later on. I do Alejandro is going to be in work mode this morning. So I invited him in. And so we are here to talk Michigan football. But first, that's good summer? Great summer. Great summer. It's long summer, which makes it a good summer. It was hot. But honestly, it's felt like a very long offseason era. I think once the team was five and five last year, you start thinking ahead. And then once Bryce Underwood commits, that's November. Then all eyes are on 2025, right? So it feels like this week has been a long time coming. I'm so glad we're finally here. I am prepared to lose out on sleep for the next, you know, five, six, seven months of my life until basketball season's over. But this is when it gets fun. This is what the job is all about. Sleep season's easier in football season than basketball season. Basketball season is way more haphazard than the sleep schedule. Now, that football is great, but it's so much more regimented, and there's no 9 o'clock tip-offs on like Wednesday night. So you have to go cover. So there's that. Don't give Peacock any ideas. I said for football, there will be no 9 o'clock Wednesday night games. We don't cover the Mac. Or we might have a Wednesday night o'clock game to cover. You actually put that in a really good perspective about how, and we talked about this with Scott about the momentum at the end of last year and how it carries over. And I don't think we've ever had a 7 and 5, 8 and 4, that kind of a season with this much momentum, because you're right. They were five and five going into that Northwestern week. And at the early part of the week, I vaguely remember, like, we just got to get through this game. Hopefully they can beat Northwestern and at least get to the sixth win. But like, man, just, and then Ohio, can we just get through this season?
