Hi, my name is Terry Cole, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist and a transformation expert and have been for almost two decades. But I'm also a mom, a sister, a wife, a friend, a daughter.

I am a yoga enthusiast.

I am an eternal optimist, I'm a vegetarian, I'm sometimes a trapezeist, I am a lot of things.

And in the very first episode of my new podcast, Hello Freedom, I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself and why I'm so passionate

about helping clients and listeners and readers create radical personal freedom in their lives.

And to me, personal personal freedom real freedom is living without

being constricted by fear all the time not letting fear dictate your

actions and decide what happens in your life.

So if you will join me, I will throw it way back to when I was growing up in Maywood, New Jersey.

I was the fourth daughter of a guy who really needed to have a son. Jan and Bill Cole

are my parents. My father was a big athlete. He was very successful Brooks

trained to the city daily kind of guy. Golfed on the weekends and in fact he shot a

74 on the day he had a Masso heart attack right on.

He was a huge sports fan, and I always felt like he wanted a boy,

and I was his last chance for that boy.
