Nearly 20 years ago, the body of a three-year-old Bloomington Illinois girl was found in her father's apartment.

Christina McNeil's father Barton was ultimately convicted of murdering his daughter and has spent

19 years in prison. The day of his daughter's death, Barton McNeil detailed to detectives his theory

that his estranged girlfriend had murdered his daughter, breaking into his apartment to do so.
