As much as I love all the health stuff there's a lot of world

stuff that happens so I try to keep them you know based on both but again the end of day this is

health masters so I appreciate the support guys you got me again today buckle up we got a whole

lot of topics we're going to be covering Ted has decided that he needed a break for a bit much

needed so I'll be running solo probably today and tomorrow again for him, which I don't mind

do.

And I actually like doing solo sometimes because I could just hammer it out.

And you guys don't fast-paced.

I'll try to slow it down for you.

I've got multiple emails that asked me not to talk so fast.

Most of you know I run off pretty much sheer, you know, fit food protein, purple sticks,

tension factor, and pure rage.

Rage, that part was a joke.

And so I talk quick.

I get things done and I move fast.
