The Chiefs took down the Buffalo Bills in a back-and-forth nail-biter last night, 32 to 29, to take the AFC title and pave their way to what could be a history-making big game. They've already

won it two years running and could cement their dynasty status with a third. Over in the NFC,

the Philadelphia Eagles punched their ticket by soaring past the Washington commanders with a monster

score of 55 to 23. The Chiefs and Eagles will square off for all the football marbles

in less than two weeks. Kickoff for Super Bowl 59 is 6.30 Eastern on Sunday, February 9th.

The combined force of the Pittsburgh Pirates and gymnast star Livy Dunn was no match for a savvy

11-year-old collector. The as-yet unnamed preteen from Los Angeles is the one who landed that

got-a-have-it-tops baseball card with Paul Skeen's autograph and a patch from his debut jersey. The Pirates made

no secret of wanting it, offering whoever found the card season tickets behind home plate

for the next 30 years, a softball party with pro coaching at PNC, signed swag and a meet-and-greet

with the pitcher. His girlfriend Livyy, up the ante with game seats

next to her in her private suite. Tempting, but no deal. The young capitalist who pulled the

card from a pack he unwrapped on Christmas morning politely declined all the pirate booty so he and

his family can see how much the card gets on the open market.
