Now, I got so many questions about home ownership versus renting.

Almost two and three people choose home ownership.

There are a lot of factors to look at and I'm going to discuss some of those in today's

And later, if you had this experience where you go to a store and they're closed up tighter

than a drum and they're not out of business, they're just not in business that day.

I'm going to fill you in on why it is that traditional retail right now is not very reliable

So I want to talk about a few aspects of the housing market.

And there was a story that I saw in the Wall Street Journal that so spoke to me because
