This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

I love Second Amendment cases.

National Rifle Association, other gun lobbying organizations believe and firmly believe that any

limitation to owning a weapon is a violation of the Second Amendment. And it doesn't matter

what it is. And Abrams won a one take, for example, or a long-range artillery piece. You know,

if the government says no, that's a Second Amendment violation. Obviously, I'm using a little hyperbole here.

But what I do want to do is share something with you.

You think the Supreme Court, our new conservative court, would be pro-gun rights across the board.

And in fact, they haven't been. There's a case that just came up. New York passed a law

that says that you cannot carry a weapon, even if you argue protecting yourself, which under the

hellor decision allowed you to do that

in your home.

What ended up, what this law says is that carrying a gun is prohibited in, quote, sensitive areas,

stadiums, houses of worship, museums, public places.

And it's, I mean, it goes pretty far, record keeping, et cetera.

And of course, instantly a lawsuit is filed against the state of New York arguing that that particular

law is in violation of the Second Amendment rights.

Hey, if we want to carry a gun in a museum, we have the right to do that.

Look at the Second Amendment.

If we want to take a weapon into a stadium, we have the right to do that.

And the Supreme Court and the New York courts all the way up to Supreme Court said, no, you don't.

No, you don't.
