Well, welcome back to the show everybody. I want to apologize for the abrupt end to the last show.

While I was sitting here, I got a text from Walter that he'd been in a car accident, he is fine,

but you know, it's kind of unnerving when you see that. So I wanted to just make sure everything

was okay and everything is okay. So I'm sure I cut him off over on Bumbi and

John's here, I wonder if it was. Because of three car, because of three car accident with Walter

in the middle. Oh god. Oh god. But he's all right. He's all right cars to sing some damage, but

the me one time was clean and max zero out with a Q-tip and I rear-ended somebody and somebody ran

in your bathroom. Car when he was a baby. Okay, Q-tips and cars now.

All right. Glad he's all right. Well, as I said earlier, we are going to talk about some practical tips
