Well welcome everybody again I'm your host Dustin West and for the new show today I am

filling in for Pete Werner who is taking care of some family business today and he'll

be with us next week but in the meantime I'm here and you guys are here and we have a

lot to talk about but first how's everybody's week been going good yeah Kathy I know

you've been on a cruise I think it was great I guess going along with that I just want

to thank everybody that offered me well wishes and tips I did my first 5k I'm still here

to talk about it it was great I think I do it again I'm not going to do a 10k and I'm

not going to do a half marathon but I can do a 5k again.
