busy down here at health masters i appreciate all the emails this week had a busy week i hope

you guys enjoyed the show yesterday health topic topic-based show that we wanted to basically

play for you guys and let you enjoy that. And so again, as we're starting to see more and more

individuals become sick or get colds, I've had a lot of people email me in the last week we can

have. A lot of people getting the flu, getting head colds, and of course bouncing back like we

normally do as

healthy human beings with immune systems that god blessed us with i want to keep encouraging people

to make sure you have a stack of supplements on hand when you need it when people get sick if

you start getting run down if you start getting a sore throat or even if you get hit in the face

of the flu out of nowhere you want to make sure you start hammering some subs immediately.
