When I look at Alabama and the overall dominance of the 21st century. I think of not necessarily innovative

companies, because companies aren't always innovative, the ones that are successful. What they do

is they take somebody else's idea and they perfect it.

In many ways, that's what Nike has done.

That's what Netflix has done.

That's what Amazon has done.

These are not new ideas.

What is you look at market trends and you're not an innovator. It's not who

you are, but you evolve or you die. Obviously, the easiest one is Blockbuster versus Netflix.

We remember Netflix used to get a DVD in the mail. You get a couple days for it and you send it back and then they'd send you another one.

Or send another two based upon how many you paid for per month or how many paid for you'd get two at a time or three at a time, whatever.

And that's how much you would pay.

Pay as you go.

It was a monthly subscription.
