It's a wonderful day down here in Florida and give everybody a heads up.

A lot of people had asked me.

I did get over to the doctor yesterday, the orthopedic physician, and my wrist is healing back nicely.

I mean, it's still bruised and swollen.

Some has only been three weeks with that break on the radial down into the joint.

But it is set.

It is healing back.

It is all straight.

And basically got a hard cast on it yesterday. And they said I should be bounced back in probably about four weeks, four to five weeks of the rate it's going so I can get back in the gym. Now, the ironic funny part of the story, I'm going to tell you guys the situation that happened yesterday because this is a very, very strange precarious situation I have not been in before. And normally you guys know most of the time you can kind of figure out a way to get out of a situation. And this is one of those yesterday

that kind of threw me off guard. I did not anticipate this. However, we got through it. Dan and I went

over all the way to orlando to the uh

doctor's office orthopedic place a big like you know three four story i've had health

hospital and so we finally get up to the orthopedic area and check in and of course you know

every time turn around somebody's like oh you need to wear a mask and so what i learned

a ways back is most

cases, you just kind of say, okay, and, you know, they try to hand you a mask and you just take

you, you put in your pocket, and you walk off. And that works about 80 to 90 percent of the time.

Most people don't turn around and harass you and, you know, chase you down. That most of the time that works so we get back there and one of the girl i'm in the waiting room when

the girls walks out she goes um we're going to need to do x-rays i said yeah i know that's what i'm
