Alright, so I want to talk to you today about some tips for building your teams

because obviously right now we've got some cool stuff going on. The time has

never been better. I feel like you all relate to what I'm saying when I say that.

Obviously, like how many of you raise your hand? You feel so good about what

happened last month. You're pumped to get people, you know, rockin' and rolling.

I will say one thing and I am implementing this starting as soon as we're done.

Well, not, no, not this soon, not the next one, not the next. Probably somewhere around 8 p.m. today when I'm free for five minutes.

I am starting my chat with everyone that is in my placement lounge. So I have not yet done that.

I would encourage every single one of you for all of your people that are in the

placement lounge. Those are your people from the last six months. I would make a

separate chat. I know we've kind of discussed that in little intermints. I'd like to just give you an

actual, here's what I would do, you know, like an actual, here's the task. So I would go into your

placement lounge. I would make a specific chat for all of those people because I really think that we're

going to be able to find very quickly who wants to build and who doesn't, right? Who wants to build and who doesn't?

Gavin is a ninja today. The nunchucks are out. I really love it. It's a good look for him. Okay? So, so let's build our

teams though. And so first of all, it kind of goes to what I just said. The reason I want to put people

in separate chats is because I want us to never assume that we are going, that the people that we recruit are going to

want this as badly as we do, right? It's, it's a common mistake sometimes, right? It's a common mistake that people want it

the way you do. And so you're really going to enjoy Kyle's podcast that he did, by the way, it hasn't gone out

yet. So don't worry. But he, I talked about it a little bit last night, the beginning of our team training. We need to

start finding out what these people want. You know, I did a coaching call with Erin maybe a month ago now. We were kind of

talking about some of her new recruits. And I said, well, what do they want? I wasn't a coach and call the text message.
