| 0:45.9 | after the murder and said the public is safe and this was a targeted attack which is their statement |

| 1:06.6 | recanted their statement and said hey we didn't mean the public is safe because the public is not |

| 1:19.2 | a debacle. I mean one of the things about the Moscow police department is the Moscow police |
| 1:24.9 | department I believe since 2017 hasn't seen a murder between 2017 and 2021 not to say that they're |
| 1:32.9 | incompetent but they don't even have a communications officer supposedly or somebody that's focused on PR |
| 1:38.5 | they had to bring somebody in I believe from the state if you're listening to this or you're watching |

| 2:07.7 | morning and 11 in the morning because the phone call was made in 911 to dispatch at 11 30-ish |
| 2:14.5 | which the police department the Moscow police department hasn't released the audio nor the transcripts |
| 2:21.3 | of that call but because they said it would affect their investigation now they came out early on |
