Well, you got to do, you, once upon a time, all I did were the vanity muscles.

Just work on those vanity muscles, pop my delts, get those tries. You got to get

that trapezius. And then I realized, why am I doing this? I love to just eat and, and lift

heavy things. And so then for power. And then I'm just working on everything. And so that's the

difference in my training regimen from 72 to 2012.

And today, you know, I'm like an offensive lineman who is retired for six months.

And then they they lose like 150 pounds, except I'm not there yet.

I'm still holding that Reykivik bulk.

It does dudes with lift stuff like you, that you would never ever in life lift.

Like, what is this?

Pull a plane. They will pull a 747 down a runway.
