peak with Steve Clark. We look back. We look ahead. I wish we were only looking ahead because I

don't want to look back. But we have to do what we have to do.

Steve Clark, how you doing this morning, Steve?

I'm doing all right, Sam.

I mean, we don't have to dwell on it.

We can, you know, kind of go through it briefly and talk about whatever else you'd like to talk about.

But I thought there was some things to look positive on the way that Michigan played against Indiana.

Oh, yeah. Yeah, there absolutely were. Hopefully, those things are able to sustain Michigan enough and sustain them long enough for the things that were negative to come along enough for them to win?

We'll see.

But let's start with the positive.

Let's get your overall observations, Steve, because I want you to get your, give me your sort of takeaways from the 20 to 50.

The defense, I didn't think, I thought it would go well, but not even I saw it going that well.

Yeah.

I thought the defensive effort was incredible against one of the statistically best

offenses in the nation.

And remember, I say through the caveat, best statistically in the nation.

They averaged over 46 points per game coming in.

And Michigan's defense held IU to what 18 yards in the second half, the majority of

that coming on that last drive to run out the clock. Michigan had four sacks in the game,

eight tackles for a loss in this one. And I've watched a number of Indiana games this year,
