I know we want to talk about our event yesterday,

but Big 12 Media Days kicked off this week.

And the former Nebraska coach is back at University of Central Florida,

where he says he's much happier.

And that's understandable because he hasn't lost yet a dozen games in the final two minutes at

UCF. But get this, Sam. He told people at the presser that he was, quote, got tugged in a direction

to try to help my alma mater.

And it didn't, and I really didn't want to do it.

Nice, Scott.

I didn't really want to do it.

Was his family kidnapped or something?

Was he forcibly dragged to go to Lincoln, Nebraska, where he knew he would fail?

Was the fate of the time space continuum on the line here, Scott?
