And so the dawn of a new season upon us, Michigan toe will meet leather this Saturday over at Michigan Stadium, 730.

And Sharon Moore would be, you know, leading this team for a year two.

And I'm curious Ward is the man who hired him.

If you could kind of share your observations, share your comparison

of Sharon heading into year two compared to Sharon heading into year one. I know as a player,

they say your biggest growth is between, you know, year one, year two, game one, game two, that kind of thing.

I'm curious what growth you've seen, what differences you've seen year one to year two in Sharon.

Yeah, Sam, I think he's done an excellent job at leading.

And I think we saw that at the end of the last year, right?

I mean, you know, at a time when you struggle, you know, during the season,

really the testament to you as a leader, you as a person is how you finish something, right?

And I think we saw his ability to lead and what he had been working with the team on

throughout the season to have the results in the last two games that we had that this team

had last year.

So as a leader, I think he has done an unbelievable job.

And I think what I've seen is his growth in the position.

You know, I tell people all the time, in particularly young coaches and people who want to be either coaches or athletic directors.

And it's the old saying, you know, there's 18-inch difference between being an assistant

coach sitting on the bench to the head coach position.
