Reaction to Michigan at Big Ten Football Media Days in just a moment,

but have to react to this morning.

We have another media day in action this week,

and it's this morning.

It's the American Conference, formerly the American Athletic Conference.

The American Conference is having their media day in Charlotte, North Carolina, I believe.

And their commissioner's name is Tim Pernetti.

And he's saying a lot of stuff.

But one thing in particular, I got to give him credit.

This is a great idea from a guy from a group of six conference.

But he advocates for the pooling of media rights in college sports.

And he says, quote, the pie can be so much bigger.

We're not trying to eat off anybody else's plate, but Revin, you can triple.

And the thing is that you got to give credit to everybody, anybody in the group of six

that is trying to increase their

revenues.

You got to give them credit.

But the fact is, why would the Big Ten or the SEC get into a group conversation for their

media rights with school, with the conference, it includes like Memphis.

And no offense to Memphis, but they just tried to buy their way into the Big 12.
