So I looked up at the TV yesterday. It was on mute because I was doing some work. I got a, you know, I'm going to got a speaking engagement tonight that I'm getting ready for. I had to go get ready to do a site check for and all of that. Right. And so I didn't hear it. I just saw it. And it took me a minute to realize. I said to my wife, I said, Donis, is that Magnum P.I? On the Tigers broadcast, now he's always been a Tiger fan. I don't even know where that came from where Magnum P.I is a Tiger fan. Right. But Tom Selleck was in the boot. And I say Magnum P.I. We said kids are like, who the heck is Magnum P.I.? Who is that? I know I know Tom Selleck with Dwightrop, you know, but I guess they know him as Frank Reagan now, right? Yeah. So he was, you know, he was born in Detroit and he is a huge Al K. Lyon fan. That's the, that's the, that's the history of it. He's, he's actually a local guy originally and he is, he loved Al-Kalon. So there's that. I never knew that about Magnum P. Yeah, so he was a huge Al-Kaline guy. So he, yeah, Frank Reagan was his role on Blue Bloods, which was much, the much more recent show. And so if you've been watching Blue Bloods over the last many years, you've seen the evolution of Tom Selleck.

But yeah, he was in the booth with Benetti and those guys.

And Sam, when you don't have an entertaining product to discuss, you need to be entertaining anyway.

So why not bring in Mr. Baseball slash magnum slash Frank Reagan, right? Why not? And he's had a few other major roles in his career. So why not? He was hilarious. He's in the booth and he's like, basically, I'm paraphrasing because I didn't, but he basically like, kid a guy, he just get a hot dog. And he's like, because he just get a hot dog he's like because he's

you know he's a celebrity obviously so he's in like the I'm sure he's in the fancier areas of the of the stadium he's not just in section 122 and sitting in road 30 and having a hot dog right he's got to go find and so he's like kid I he's like I'm a beer and a hot dog and peanuts at a baseball. He was like, I found a beer.

He's like, but I can't find a hot dog.

He's like, so that's how I like my hot dog.

Just give me a hot dog.

Like, I swear within like 20 seconds you see a hands coming into the TV frame with a hot dog on a bun. And I'm like, well, that didn't take very long. They got him as hot dog. maybe it is a little challenging to get a hot dog in certain parts i can't imagine though i think

he just missed where he was looking.

I'll say that his Magnum P.I.

Frank Reagan police slash investigative skills are waning as he's been out of those roles.

He doesn't have to investigate anything.

My guess is he probably just has people that bring him those things generally like he did on TV yesterday.

That was more entertaining than most of the game.

So here's the deal, man.

I just seeing it briefly, again, I didn't watch the whole interview.

I saw him on there and it took me a minute to realize even who it was and turned it

up just a little bit. The thing I appreciated most is what you just touched upon. I mean,

he just comes across as a regular dude. And me even having to do a double take, like he's aging

like a regular guy. He's not aging like Sylvester Stallone. You know, for instance, like it's surgery and all that stuff. Man, Frank Reagan. Or, you know, he's aging like a regular guy.
