Frank Ragnow, Frank the Tank decided to hang him up at 29, 29 years old, seven years

in the National Football League, four pro bowls, four pro bowls in that time. Frank the

tank was a stalwart. Once he started, once he got in that lineup, Ira, you had to literally, literally yank that man off the field.

Because if he could walk, he was going to play.

I mean, every injury partially torn peck, you know, toe basically hanging off his foot you know badly his ankle was was jacked up i mean

all kinds of injuries he is sustained over the course of his career and basically that that injury history took its toll to the point where he said that he has to
