You know, I thought old Aubrey was going to get a nod, but he didn't go that way.

He went with Dennis Allen.

You went Dennis Allen.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a former head coach on your staff if you're Ben Johnson.

That's the, when he got the job, when Aaron Glenn got the job, they say that about like everybody that becomes a head coach that hasn't been a head coach yet.

They're like probably should have whether it's a coordinator or a senior analyst consultant, someone on your staff should have head coach you should have NFL head

coaching experience now I generally would try to find someone that I I guess it's kind of hard to do

to find someone that has good NFL head coaching experience that wants to be your analyst or your

coordinator your consultant but it does make sense to hire someone that has that kind of experience

that at least has someone that's gone through that because it is different to be the head coach when you've only been

the coordinator it is different yeah so uh you take randall l with him because i saw randall l left

randall l went with uh went to the bears is the assistant i guess the bump is you get the

assistant head coaching title.

But he didn't take a ton of guys with him.

There were guys from all over the league that he took.
