If they, after these 21 days, if they can't play, then their season is over.

When did they add this?

It used to be, once you put on the injured list, you were done for the year. And now it's, they added this one for guys like this, for reasons like this. Like, there are guys that start the year or very early in the season get hurt, but they're not season ending.

But you don't, you can't take the roster spot for six weeks or seven weeks or longer.

So keep your fingers crossed.
