In this episode, I will be talking about the cage that builds around our soul from emotional hardships, and how this cage can disconnect us from ourselves and others, holding us back from who we are. Completing this meditation has the power to bring you in touch with a part of yourself you haven’t been connected to in years. As we go through life, we can feel so held back as if something is holding us down and

not letting us move forward, as if the stress of life is wrapped around our soul.

As we keep busy and try to run from it all, we lose touch with ourselves and end up
