It's great catching up with DG and great at the end of an outstanding week sort of reflecting on Michigan being able to land two big time guys you know

it puts it all in perspective you know you're talking about the the start of the football season

around the corner and got all of these uh you know all of these conversations about the future of college football going on,

Mr. Weintraub, going on in parallel.

It's not in secret, but, you know, kind of on the periphery, kind of on the periphery, I should say.

Significant discussions about the expansion of the NCAA tournament and I'm like I guess it and it's it's not just a

passing conversation it they make it sound like it's almost imminent that the NCAA tournament field is going to

expand.

That discussion sounds almost as imminent as the settlement, the settlement in college football

that seems to be almost on the horizon.

The expansion of the college football playoff seems imminent to, you know, 16.

That seems like that's on the horizon.

Well, Charlie Baker talking to, you know, he's out there with the Big 12,

talking about the expansion of the NCAA tournament

field to 72 or 76. What else does he have to do, right? They are going to be enforcing

NCAA rules anymore. Talking about expanding the field of 72 or 76, and I'm thinking to myself,

who's going to watch, who's clamoring for this?

Is there really a market for this?

Are they really advertising dollars behind this?

I'm not saying that there won't be, but I just, I'm thinking with football, while I was surprised, you were able to show me, we were able to see that, yeah, they put them on TV and people have watched these bowl games.
