0:50.4 | And I think a great place to start off is have Marney and I talk about our diet just so you guys get an idea of what kind of plants we're including in our routine and what supplements we're taking. So, Marney, do you want to kick things off and talk about your day-to-day diet and supplements? |

1:10.0 | So I currently right now, you know, well, you know, let me me take you back I'd say I've been |
1:14.7 | plant-based mostly vegetarian for the last five six years and I was coming off of |
1:22.1 | still a healthy balanced diet, |
1:24.4 | but I had a little bit of chicken and fish in there. |
1:26.5 | And then when I made the decision to come onto plants, |
1:29.4 | I already had a good foundation of knowledge. |
1:31.5 | And so it was a little, it was easy for me and it became kind of a |
1:34.4 | moral and ethical transformation at that point because the health aspect was already |
1:39.2 | there so when I made the switch and took out some of the animal protein for my diet, I really just |
1:46.1 | started to up a lot of the beans and the grains and the green leafy vegetables. |
1:53.2 | So right now that is definitely the core of my diet. |
