And so news came down yesterday that wink, Don Wink Martin Dale, is hot in NFL circles again when he drew it up.

When he came to the University of Michigan,

came down to the college level,

and took on the task of coaching college guys.

I think this is how you would draw it up,

that he would have a successful turn,

and that his stock would be high in NFL circles again.

I think that's how you draw it up on the board

when things go awry in New York, say, about a year ago at this time, right?

But I think that's how it was on paper.

I think after the experience, though, I think now,

it's like, man, this was, this was a cool.

I think the evolution of Wink Martindale as a college coach

has kind of made this be a really,

I think it's made it be a really invigorating experience.

Just the connection that he formed with the guys in this team and the success that they had,

the growth that he saw and the success that they had.

You know, you made mention of an exchange you had with Greg Madison some years ago

about the difference between coaching college guys and pro guys that I think was pretty illuminating.

Yeah, I remember that conversation because it was a lateral move, or NFL people

say he took a step down.
