We are now fast approaching to start a Big Ten play for our Michigan football team as they open up Big Ten play this coming Saturday.

with the chap on-site fuel and count. And then a kickoff here on the Big 1050 WTK online at the big 1050.com. And we know Michigan is spending the week without head coach Sharon Moore. And the impact that Biff Pogh talked about that a lot in his media availability yesterday. Biff was terrific. That media availability yesterday.

We don't get a lot.

We don't have a lot of chances to catch up with Biff and to really get to, we have not had a lot of those opportunities as a fan base to get to know him and to get to, kind of to get to meet him a little bit. And, you know, a lot of the behind the scenes people at Michigan football, really any of those sports, they don't, we don't get to meet them all that much, you know, as far as on the air or, you know, behind, you know, on a microphone and on camera, that kind of thing. It was really cool to see Biff kind of tell his story a little bit. And part of that was his recruitment, his recruitment to Michigan.

Obviously, we know that his son Hank played at Michigan, but his recruitment to Michigan was,

um, it's one of the most Jim Harbaugh stories I think, um, we've ever heard.

Uh, so he said that he was, uh, he had, uh, his Bible study group was at his house

on his Wednesday.

His daughter knew that basically the only time to disturb him was the family calls.

If there's blood involved, that kind of a thing.

And he said, she comes in and says, there's a guy named Jim Harbaugh on the phone to talk to you.

And so he starts talking to him and Jim wants him to, he starts talking to, you know, egghead football stuff, like real, you know, into football stuff, you know, really deep football questions. And then he says he wanted, Jim wanted him to join the staff. And he, you know, Biff obviously kind of relented a little bit and didn't want to, you know. So he goes down to Florida to Orlando, Michigan's in the Citrus Bowl, the year that they, as he said, quote, where we beat the breaks off of Florida. And then this is where you hear this story. And this is the, if you know Jim Harbaugh, and our fan base, we obviously got to know Jim Harbaugh over his years here and really got to know his, the quirkiness and his unique personality.

So I met him at the bowl game.

That was the Citrus Bowl that year.

We beat the breaks off of Florida.

And we met in his hotel room. And we were demonstrating offensive line blocking techniques on a dresser that was in his hotel room.

And then it was love ever after that.
