Sam Webb, I rewindrop on the other side and looking forward to tomorrow night's big time

matchup with Nebraska.

Unbelievable that I'm saying that about basketball, this Michigan basketball team.

You look at them finding ways even when, you know, teams are throwing different approaches at them.

Maybe they aren't on shooting.

They were not on shooting from three Friday night.

But finding different ways in which to to win games and that's what good

teams do I was talking to LaValle Jordan and he uh he reflected upon he said man I talked to

he was at the game to honor Trey so and then he had to get out he couldn't even stay and watch his daughter's meet. She was great on Saturday, by the way. Just to mention, Ava Jordan was terrific on Saturday at the women's gymnastics meet. Just thought I'd mention that. Yeah, her dad couldn't stay for it because he had a game, right? So I'm sure he saw her while he was in town, which was probably awesome. Maybe that helped her perform well at her meet that she got a chance to see

dad before he left town.

But he was in town to see Trey.

And I was talking to him down on the floor.

And he said, you know, I was talking to Akeem.

And I told him, man, the year we went to the year we played on Monday night, we finished fourth.

And he said, you know, it's hard.

It's hard for a team like that, a team that talented to be up mentally every night. said it's just you know and it's not an arrogant thing

he said it's it's it's conditioning yourself mentally to be on point he said you know

professionals are going to be better at it, but even they have

trouble. When you're talking about 18 now to 23 year olds, it's just difficult to to maintain

that edge. And so you hear, you know, one of the things that's been most interesting to me is hear kind of them manufacturing edge.
