Rose Radio. It has been a hot minute since I've done a solo episode. I mean, it's only been two weeks, but for me, that feels like ages.

And I'm sure for a bunch of you two weeks ago is literally a lifetime ago.

So here I am.

The last time I made a solo episode, my life was massively different.

So I'm here to give you the full 101,

the update where I'm at, what I'm doing. And then also some of my craziest manifestation stories. So I'm so excited to jump into this. So let me just get right into it.

Wait, no, first off, how is it

doing? Um, like, have you gone through the phases yet? Is it a roller coaster? I know personally,

for the first like two weeks, I was really not in a good place. I was feeling really down.

I was really feeling the negative energy and all the feels and obviously because every time you open your phone, it's depressing.

I was just finished up and run and I was feeling really inspired.

And I was like, I'm just going to share my truth.

So I was like, listen, guys, the reason I haven't been showing up on social is because I just haven't felt like it.

Honestly, I just would rather not show up at all than show up and be fake and pretend everything's okay.
