I'm back again with another podcast, the first podcast of the new year.

So, happy new year, since this is the first time that I'm talking to you since

we entered into 2015. So has the year been going well for you? I hope so. It's been going

well for me and I'm just really excited about the things that are going to go down in 2015. And even though we're moving into

2015, I thought today would be cool to do a little reflection on 2014 and discuss the top

seven lessons that I learned in 2014 that I'm taking with me into 2015.

All right.

So without further ado, we'll get started.

The first lesson that I learned in 2014 that was very helpful was a lesson I call

Qualify Yourself.

And I actually first heard this from another entrepreneur that I follow

online who also has a podcast on SoundCloud that I would encourage you to check out. Her name is

Tiffany Montgomery and Tiffany is spelled a little uniquely. It's Tiffany spelled T-I-P-H-A-N-I. So Tiffany Montgomery. And she has a really

interesting story where she was a teen mom and flunked out of college or I think she was a freshman

three years in a row and just realized that college wasn't for her and she wasn't doing so well.

But she ended up writing a book of poetry and selling it in a very unconventional manner

and then got a publishing deal and then became a bestseller for Essence Magazine.

So Essence Magazine best best-selling author.

But anyway, she thought it was interesting
