And so, you know, typically, you know, you, it's guys that, you know, long time assistant with another program or,

there's a, there's a trajectory to it.

Dusty went and got a guy who I don't think anyone projected or saw coming.

It's just, but one who I think could have a significant impact beyond X's and O's and

that ability that he could bring to the table.
