challenging you to get up at 5 a.m. for five days straight and if you're the

person out there I already get up at 5 a.m.

go to 4 a.m. then dog.

All right so I'm recording this at 5 a.m. so it is a bit early.

It's 5.29 right now and why the hell did I do this and what have I learned from doing it? So right

off the bat you got to recognize when you're in the zone and recreate it. I was

talking with my friend David and he asked me when I have most energy on

and most productive and creative.

I was like, man, I'm so good at 5 a.m.

and early, not five, but early and late.

And I was like, what's going on with that?

I was like, I love it because it's quiet. And I was like, what's going on with that? I was like, I love it because it's quiet.

And I really get to focus on the things I want to do and the distractions are so minimal.

And so I've gotten so much done in the past week that I've been getting up at 5 a.m.

I'm not sure what I'll do in the future, but by noon I've literally gotten done what most people

would get done in the whole week because there's no distractions and I'll show you exact things that

I've done that will really help you out. So number one, coffee was my new best friend.
