Michigan paid a lot of money to land Ty Haywood for a year to sit the bench and leave, sit on a

bench and leave, moving to a new recruiting model with their evaluations.

Who were you going to play? I'm curious who you were going to play Ty Haywood over last year.

Like, they could have re-uped with Tai Heiwood but think about who emerged that money went to

Zach Frazier you're not going to pay Zach Frazier I mean uh you know that that is, to me, one of the choices that you have to make as far as recruiting in this age, in this era is concerned.

You can't pay everyone.

And because you can't pay everyone, you're going to have to let some guys go.

Andrew Ginerra, you're going to have to let some guys go. Andrew Gennara, I mean, Andrew Sprague and Jake Gronera, those guys commanded more money to come back out of the portal.

And so you had to sacrifice a guy that maybe you thought has a potential, but he,

you know, you, you got a chance to see for a year. And we, we saw some where they up the

anti potential wise and somewhere they said, hey, you know what? We're going to invest in the vets

and maybe one guy who they think is generational,

and that's Andrew Babelola.

So I just, I don't really see his departure as a sign of, of a poor eval or, you know,

something off with development or anything like that.

I think that's just one of the tough choices you have to make as far as the finances are

concerned, Bryce.

Yeah.

You're going to also have guys that make a lot of money sit the bench too.
