I think it's creating those habits, changing those habits.

but I think it's that that's a habit that I have now been doing I guess since 2013 so and

that's if I miss a day which I don't miss a day but if I'm late in the day and doing it's all's all my to do you know I'm saying kind of a front-sight focus thing that I'm I'm going to get done that day

Because it's important to me and I think it keeps me on track that it's a habit that I've created over time.
