So here is Sam Webb 101 with Sean McGee now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTK.

You know, when you talk about how programs are run now,

you got to have sort of NFL perspective on things, I think.

And Michigan has that now based on Sean's experience in the NFL. And he joins us

now. Sean, how you doing? Sam, doing phenomenally well. How are you? I'm doing great, man. It's good to

have you on. We were talking about this for a long time. Absolutely. Absolutely. It's a, you know,

it's a landmark day in our program's history, you know, it's a landmark day in

our program's history, you know, and what we're doing in terms of, you know, what this new class

of 2025, you know, will add to our team for this team 146 and beyond. But it's just an incredible day

and incredibly be here with you. You know. I joke with Sam all the time about,

you know, I like to stay in the shadows some, but I'm happy to be on here and talk a little bit

with everybody. Yeah, you know, the perspective on how, you know, NIL and, you know, rosters and managing rosters, how all of that converges.

I don't think that people really understand how crucial it is to have the kind of experience

that you have. But I really think it has been essential in how you guys are balancing recruiting.

And I really think it's also going to shape how you guys going to the portal.

Can you talk about how, as you are in it, how that experience has kind of shaped the direction

of how you guys are doing things?
