They tell me this is our 12th time.

12th year out here.

The swing to cure diabetes golf outing.

This is a yearly changing of the season for us, it seems.

We know it's about to be summer when we come out here with the Hewlett's.

This is our extended family.

They're out here with, of course, Rich Hewlett, Jeff Hewlett, Joe Hewlett,

and it's great to see you guys. How are you guys doing? Yeah, we're doing great, Sam.

Yeah, man, you know, Ira and I talk about it all the time. We watch, we watch Jeff and Joe grow up,

watch them go from boys to men, watch them go to college. And now you guys are grown, gainfully employed.

You passed us in height a long time ago.

But man, it's great to see you guys just be, you know, men and doing your thing.

And then to see this golf outing still be such a pillar in the fundraising community

for this great cause. So I just want to thank you guys for letting us be a part of it for so long.

Well, Sam, thanks for being out here. You know, you and I have been great. Like you said, we think

it's been about 12 years now. And when we first started, the boys, I was trying to figure this out last night.

They were 14 and 12.

So, you know, Jeff was just getting into high school, and then Joe was in middle school.

And so you've watched the boys.

You've watched my family go through quite a bit over the years.

And this is our 15th outing, and I think we're going to be pushing a million, four, million five all in for the event.
