So conditioning refs, you know, it is a thing.

I believe in it.

I think that coaches have to do a great job of trying to, before the game is played,

trying to influence the demeanor of the refs, the predisposition

of the refs. I sense this going on with the cavaliers right now, Mr. Weintraub.

For all, you know, it's while it may be crying, whining and crying, I think it's, I think it's more

strategic than that, more strategic than just being overly emotional. Because you said

something in the break that made this resonate with me.

We were talking about, you were talking about earlier, how Donovan Mitchell is just,

hey, there's, you know, just the physicality out there.

I'm just not getting the calls.

I'm just not getting the calls at all.

It's just, I don't get it, right?

And he said, maybe I should flop more. And while, again, it sounds like crying, you said, hey, how come Donovan Mitchell doesn't know that? Ira, he absolutely knows it. He absolutely knows. There's just no way that he doesn't get that the whistle

is not as quick in the postseason. It's a hard lesson that Kay Cunningham had to learn last

year in the Knicks series where he had a horrendous time. I mean, it was like the tale of two

cities between how Kay played offensively and even against the Knicks in the regular season.

And then what they did to him in that series in the playoffs.

So, yeah, the full quote, I mean, he, honestly, Sam, I think he, and this was from the post game on Tuesday, I think he's inadvertently hilarious.

Because in reality, he's kind of calling out his teammate without trying to call out his teammate.
