It will never change that Michigan, the 2026 national champion. And as we celebrate, as we reflect, as we take it all in, as you were saying, Ira, part of the experience is hearing all the cries, seeing all the tears from the people who are so harmed and affected and displaced by Michigan's success.

They're broken, Sam.

I mean, Michigan is broken people because, you know, we heard obviously this during the football, and we know that it's nonsense, but unfortunately, Conner Stallions gave fuel to the, oh, you can claim out their cheater. Like, we know it's nonsense, but he gave fuel to people to be able to hold on to this for the rest of their lives, even though we know it's nonsense because Michigan won fair insurance and all that stuff.

This one is just utterly ridiculous, right?

Like tampering.

Like all these things about Michigan tamper to get different guys.

Michigan reached out to Braden Smith while in the Big Ten tournament.

Reaching out to a guy who is going to be a senior that Michigan cannot actually accept him in and most of his, like it's nonsense. To the point that Mike Boyden actually was talking about this with, I think it was the CBS Sports after the game, people just trying to find a reason to bring down what's a pretty remarkable dude because there's really nothing else to get him on. He's pretty open. He talks to everybody.

He works his off.

He's been successful.

And so the only thing this is, when they hate don't work, they start telling lies. And then he laughed off the Braden Smith thing. And it's, so that's the part of it. And then the other part of, even if they're not going with the lies, it's the, oh, he did this because he bought a bunch of players, which Michigan is middle of the pack at NIL in the Big Ten.

I think Arizona spent almost exactly the same amount on NIL as Michigan did.

I think Duke spent more. Kentucky spent twice as much more.

Like, it's, and oh, by the way, Sam, isn't this how the game is played?

Like, these are the rules.

The rules have allowed for Michigan in the NIL era to now do things that they never did.

So Michigan in the last 15 months, winning in football and winning in basketball has broken everybody.

Because the S, Sam, the SEC, the amount of people from the SEC that are talking about how Michigan was doing
