On this Wednesday, July 30th, we are 31 days away until the start of the Michigan

football season.

The Michigan football players, coaches, staff, et cetera, reported for fall camp yesterday.

They had a team bonding event last night.

They went bowling, had a good time.

And now today, fall camp will be underway as far as practices.

They will have the first ones.

Of course, the initial stages, you're in shorts and helmets, but you eventually get into pads after,

this takes three or four practices.

I don't remember the exact number, but they will not be in pads yet.

So I always get a kick out of people that, like this afternoon, I'll get, I'll somebody text me.

Until they get into pads, you probably don't need to hear a whole lot anyway.

But once they get into pads, that's when it starts getting really exciting.

But it does get you thinking, doesn't it?

The start of the Michigan football season is a month away.

Fall camp is now underway.

The first practices will be today.

And they are going to be releasing the updated version of the roster.

All that kind of stuff is going to be taking shape over these next couple of days.
