The Michigan football defensive breakdown with Sam Webb and Vance Bedford continues right now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTKA.

Defensively, Vance, you know, here this begs the question.

If you can figure out a way to run the ball, which is getting some of this RPO action or a run control bubble action.

It should allow you to have some running in the equation where you can get some running,

where you can, you know, maybe, you know, bleed the clock a little bit, run the football

a little bit, maybe the football a little bit.

Maybe get a shot or two in there.

And do that part of it on the offensive side.

On the defensive side, Vance, the one matchup in this game to me that favors Michigan

is that defensive front or you can extend it to your front seven.

I think Michigan is way better than Ohio State defensive front or defensive front seven

compared to their offensive line way better. I don't even think it's close.

So if Michigan can dominate that matchup, I think that's where they can wreak some havoc.

Now, when you go back on the back end, I think that's an advantage of Ohio State.

So to me, that's where you be a little more conservative.

And I'm saying my non-coaching brain, I'm playing some Ben But Don't Break,

relying on my front to maybe make

some plays. And if they can go, if Ohio State goes on some eight, nine play drives and score,

I'm going to tip my cap. But I'm going to make them go to length of the field and bleed clock

to score. But I'm going to rely on my front to make some plays and get me off the field in between.

If they score, I'm going to say, at least it took them seven, eight minutes to do it.
