Our legal insider, Joe Simon, got a chance to talk to Silver Fox yesterday.

Ira has been talking to him as well because we've been talking about the legal process,

legal challenges that will come before this new commission as it relates to

NIL.

I mean, Joe, who obviously listens to the show, he's our brother and a part of WTCA.

We, hell, we do the countdown kickoff live from Joe's Garage, right?

And so he's been thinking about how the enforcement and how maybe the legal process and some of the strategies therein could apply to the enforcement process

here in the future of intercollegiate athletics, how they are going to be sort of intertwined,

how we can sort of conceptualize those things. He's going to come on next Friday, not this

right, not tomorrow, next Friday and kind of talk about that. But also, one of the things we're

going to tackle are challenges that we see on the horizon to the clearinghouse.

And another thing we might also touch on is the challenge that we figured would be inevitable to the settlement agreement.

And no sooner than the settlement hit, there's already been a challenge.

It was a Title IX lawsuit that was filed yesterday by five female athletes.

It's up to eight.

Eight female athletes filed the appeal yesterday.

Okay.

So eight female athletes filed from various institutions across the country.

Yeah, soccer, volleyball, and track across multiple universities, correct.
