So in all this talk about the future and what's going on, the new regime, obviously, in Ann Arbor, killing it on the recruiting trail. I can't, me, Michigan's had runs in recruiting. I can remember Brady back in 2012. I had a run, I want to say, in December. This was

when, you know, you had all your Ohio guy. I mean, it was just like taco and all, I mean,

all these guys just, it was like this massive run of, I got to pull it up for historical

perspective, because we're doing a piece on this,

just how unprecedented the May recruiting rush.

For May alone, it's pretty unprecedented for May specifically, isn't it?

Yes.

No doubt.

That is clear.

Like June, yes, July, yes, August.

But May is like this new month.

So, yeah. Even December when, you, but May is like this new month. So, yeah.

Even December when, you know, you had the old signing day, getting something done around that time, you kind of get.

I was Jordan Lewis part of that were.

There were a lot of, there were, saying there were a lot of December, like Saturday basketball games that there would be football recruits. Correct, yeah, yeah. And that's where you saw, like, I remember a couple kids committing at, like, their commitments came out while they were at the basketball games. See, there was a year of Michigan played Duke and they got Terrence Taylor to commit. I think it was like right after he, like, stormed on the floor, they won the. He was like, stop. I felt the floor shake when he stomped on the floor. Yeah, man.

It's crazy. So, but this, as you were saying, May, to do it in May, before summer officials

kicking high gear in June. Basically, avoiding the avoiding the, doesn't mean that guys are locked in, per se, but you avoid the temptation of the

temptation of the June, I mean, the June official visit parade.

That's one less obstacle you have to clear in getting and or retaining your guys.

That is just a huge, huge accomplishment for this staff. They are just, and I'm impressed by how

they've been able to establish themselves in the footprint. And not just in state,

but obviously doing really good things down in Illinois, but also still have the national
