Sharon Moore is back.

It was great to hear from the head coach of the Michigan football team after he missed eight days. He missed two games. Michigan went two and oh in those games. The wins over at home at home over Central Michigan and of course on the road at Nebraska. But now he is back. They have a buy this week. then next week on Saturday.

They host Wisconsin for a noon kickoff for homecoming here in Ann Arbor on Saturday, October 4th.

But yesterday we had a chance to hear from the head coach who was back with his team.

So here is head coach Sharon Moore from yesterday now here on the Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTK.

First of all, good to be back. Missed the players, missed the coaches, staff.

Vives, energy are high.

You know, vibes and energy were high when we left, when I left for Central.

It felt like we had a really good week of preparation.

And we played well.

And like we did the same with the Nebraska game.

And just wild with the connection of this team.

They're just completely locked into the task at hand and what we need to do and how we need to get better.

Always things that fixed and correct,

but how they played was the most important piece.

We really emphasized that as to how.

It wasn't the what. It was to how. And there's things we thought we had to change and fix and do a little bit different and really adapt to our players and adapt to the people that we have in the building now, not to what we've always done or anything like that. So it felt really good about that. And, you know, really want to talk about our team. Our player is not, you know, not my week, not what happened. What was Coach Moore doing for eight days? Like, worry about the players, this team. Because the team right now is the most important thing. These players are the most important thing. What they've done, how they've handled everything, how they've done everything, how the coaches have. They've, they've, they've, they've, they've

just continued to attack this right now. And that's all I'm worried about. That's all I'm worried

about is these players. I've got numerous text messages at like 1205, 1201, then seeing all these guys

coming yesterday.

Just overwhelming love for these players and teams.
