In the meantime, it's time for the conclusion of behind the uniform this morning's edition, Sam Webb one-on-one with tight end full-back captain Max Bredison. So let's get to Sam and Max now here on The Michigan Insider on the Big 1050 WTK.

And so Max, as you guys now are getting ready for a season where you know, you talk about irony.

It's all over again.

You talk about expectations.

A lot of people with, with doubts. And then you got promises about, hey, never going to lose to Michigan again.

Is that something when a proclamation like that comes out? Is that something that goes up on the bulletin board or are you one of those

players who doesn't believe in bulletin board material? Stuff like that. You just kind of like

tuck in the back of your mind. We take pride in Michigan. It's about being like day to day.

Like where you're at right now, like be where your feet are. Everything you have like right now. If you're thinking about like way down the road, it's just never how we've been, it's not the blueprint that Michigan's built on. So there's a moment of keeping it thinking about it, but and the, but staying grounded to where you're at. Yeah, man, you really went into that last year. I remember talking to you

about leadership and you said man you can be talking about tomorrow and basically a thing you can be

thinking about tomorrow and lose today. And I it I didn't ask you this at the time but it was like one of

those things like man that's a really really wise your year's way to think about it.

Where do you get your leadership style from?

Man, it's a great question.

I don't think I've had that asked.

I'm lucky that I have, there's a lot of, everyone always talks about, like Ben,

my oldest brother Jack has instilled a lot of that in me right away.

I was lucky I have a great high school head coach before.

And my older brother, Jack,

Ben and Jack are very opposite brothers for me in the best ways.

Ben's got to kind of lay down the path and show me the football and all that.

And then my oldest brother Jack is, like, he basically, he, basically, he was, he played baseball here, and, like, they were a very, like, Navy SEAL mentality back then. He, like, from age 14, tried to, like, put that, like, in my head as much as I could. He's got, like, a, like, a motto was hung above my bed, and every night I'd go to bed looking at him. And, like, I think that really comes from, like, a long time of, like, time on task of, like, what it's supposed to look like.
